When you think of Primark, your mind immediately thinks ‘bargain!’ but rarely that they are at the forefront of fashion. Well, I am here to tell you today that opinion my friend is going to change. Even though I have a couple of more expensive jewellery pieces, I like to change up my jewellery a lot and like to have different options for everyday when I get ready. This means that places like Primark are the god damn dream for me because not only are they good quality but they are so ridiculously cheap it’s almost silly (but great if like me you’re usually broke af, so pls don’t change).
I bought these few new pieces last week in the Primark on Tottenham Court Road in London and I was so impressed with their jewellery range.
First off I bought this super cute necklace, it has got the word Aries on the coin and a separate piece attached that is a ram because of course it is said that is the animal that represents that star sign – and that is all I know on astrology tbh, I thought the necklace was cute ok. Despite liking to change up my jewellery every day, it is usually with earrings and I tend to stick to one necklace till it goes a wee bit rusty, or you know I just lose it. Both are as possible as the other.
For those of you who know me really well, know that when it comes to fashion I would always favour neutral over colour – don’t get me wrong I am partial to a funky pant every now and again, but I like the idea of maintaining more of a relaxed colour scheme in my wardrobe. That’s why I was so happy when I saw those heavenly lil wooden numbers. I know that they’ll be such a great thrown on as I have the ease of knowing that they’ll most likely go with all of my outfits and they were only £2. Yes… 2 GOD DAMN ENGLISH POUNDS.
And lastly, despite my love of neutral, it doesn’t mean that I am unable to notice a lovely jubbly pair of colourful earrings like these pink ones. I wanted a pair like this for when I’m going for drinks or dinner, and can spice up an outfit that may be more everyday to looking more ‘hey, cute going out outfit’.
What do you guys think of Primark Jewellery?
All my love,
